So Dad picked me up an official Disc Golf basket for my backyard. It had been previously used at White River. Thankfully Dad has a friend who welded the broken chain and now it is as good as ever. I placed it back in the NE corner of my yard. That way I can practice shots of up to 50ft. Now I am going to finally learn how to putt, or at least that is the plan.

I will most likely post scores from our weekend rounds tomorrow night.

Now that we have our respective baskets, there is no excuses for missing anything 20′ or shorter. Well with practice.

I have decided that I am going to commit to Turbo Putting from now on. It just feels way more natural to power putts in that way.

I am starting to track my percentages already. Of course there is the fact that the shots are wide open, but it still gives a good idea. I am currently shooting around 70% from 15 & 20ft but it drops fast to 40% at 25 & 30ft. Only shooting 20% at 35ft.

At least I know what range I really need to start working on.

That is about where my percentages are. Today out at Lakewood I missed 5 putts under 20ft. I need to get out and practice on the course as often as I do in my loft.
